1. About these terms

These terms apply to motizatechnology.com and the Motiza Training Academy. Purchases in Canadian dollars are with Motiza Technology Inc., 400 Bronte Street South, Unit 212, Milton, Ontario L9T 7V1, Canada. Purchases in Naira are with Motiza Technology Limited, Nzube Estate, Lokogoma, Abuja, Nigeria. By using the website or the Academy you agree to these terms. Nothing in them takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.

2. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. Do not try to break into, overload, copy in bulk or interfere with the website or the Academy, or use them to send harmful or misleading material.

3. Website content and trademarks

The content of this website belongs to Motiza unless stated otherwise. It is general information, not professional advice for your situation, and we work to keep it accurate and current.

Digitate and ignio are trademarks of Digitate. Oracle and Primavera are trademarks of Oracle. Microsoft, Microsoft 365 and Azure are trademarks of Microsoft. Other names belong to their owners. Our training courses are produced by Motiza and are not endorsed by Oracle or any other software vendor unless we say so.

4. Academy accounts

You must give accurate details and keep your password private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. Corporate administrators are responsible for the learners they add and must have their employees' agreement to do so.

5. Prices and payment

Course prices are shown in Canadian dollars or Naira before you pay, together with any tax that applies. Payments are processed by Stripe or Paystack under their own terms; we do not store your card details. Your place is confirmed and paid course content opens once the payment provider confirms the payment. If you apply for a course instead of paying online, we will send you an invoice and your place is confirmed when it is paid.

6. Cancelling and refunds

When you cancelWhat you get back
14 days or more before an instructor-led course startsA full refund, or a free transfer to a later date
7 to 13 days before it starts50% refund, or a free transfer to a later date

7. If we change or cancel a course

If we cancel a course or move it to a date you cannot attend, you can choose a full refund or a place on another date. If we must change a trainer or venue, we will tell you as early as we can and the course content will stay the same. We are not responsible for travel or other costs you arrange unless we agreed to them in writing.

8. Course materials and recordings

Lesson notes, exercises, files and recordings are for your own learning. You may not copy, share, publish or resell them, or share your access with others. Recordings of live classes are available for the period stated on the course page. Software used in class, such as Primavera P6, is provided for training only during the course.

9. Assessments and certificates

A certificate of completion shows you attended or completed a course. A certificate of competence shows you passed its practical assessment. Each certificate has a number that employers can check on our website. We may withdraw a certificate obtained dishonestly, for example through copying or another person taking an assessment.

10. Corporate training and services

Private training for organizations and consulting services are covered by a separate written agreement or quote. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

11. Our responsibility to you

We deliver our courses and services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or business opportunities, and our total liability for a course is limited to the price you paid for it. We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

12. Links to other websites

Our website links to other sites, such as payment providers and partners. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

13. Governing law

Purchases from Motiza Technology Inc. are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada, and purchases from Motiza Technology Limited by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you are a consumer, you also keep any rights the law of your home country gives you.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one on this page when you buy or book. Questions about these terms: info@motizatechnology.com.
